At The Barking Lot, we pride ourselves in our boarding kennel. Our facilities house 37 kennels, each 4'x6' inside and 4'x12' outside, both covered for all weather use. The inside of the kennel is where your dog can eat, drink, and sleep in comfort. Fiberglass resting benches are provided to elevate your pet from the concrete. The outside of the kennel is where your pet can relieve itself and still have ample room to exercise. Separated by a guillotine door, your dog is free to move inside and out in appropriate weather. When the weather is cold, the guillotine door is left closed and your dog is kept in the heated, inside portion; and opened by an attendant frequently so your dog can fulfill its needs. The kennels are immaculately kept, scooped multiple times a day, sanitized, and managed for your dog's comfort and hygiene. We feed Verus Canine All Natural Life Advantage Diet in the kennels. The Life Advantage Diet consisting of Chicken Meal, Oats, and Brown Rice is complete and balanced for all life stages, breeds, and sizes. If preferred, you may provide your own food for no additional charge.

As a special service, we also offer Doggie Playtime. During playtime, your dog is brought into a large, fenced in area with a loving and responsible attendant and set free to run around and play in a safe, ample space.

We also offer quality cat boarding in our immaculately kept cattery. Our cat kennels each contain two padded resting benches aside from the main floor. The main floor houses your cat's food, water, and liter box. The resting benches provide a comfortable place for your cat to lounge and socialize with neighbors. The cattery is cleaned daily by a caring individual giving your pet the personal attention it deserves. We feed Verus Feline Life Advantage Diet, which provides a balanced diet rich in Antioxidants, Omega 3 Fatty Acids, and Minerals for your pet's health. If preferred, you may provide your own food for no additional charge.
